Is your package self-contained? Will I need anything else
to get started?
All we need from you is contact information (address, telephone,
email and url), a list of the proU.net courses you plan to sell, and the
course approval numbers for those courses provided by your state's real
estate education regulatory agency. We do the rest. Ask a proU.net
representative for details.
I can't afford to spend a lot of money up front. Why is your program
worth trying?
proU.net charges no upfront setup costs. We provide Internet-based
courses and student management that would cost you tens of thousands of
dollars to create yourself, all for an affordable per student wholesale
price once you're up and running.
How are student records protected?
All school and student records are password protected. Our system
uses 128-bit encryption technology to protect your information.
Can I use my company logo on my courses?
The proU.net system automatically applies your school's graphics and
contact information to the courses and student management system.
I don't have an IT department and can't provide technical support.
What if my students need help?
proU.net tech support operators provide all technical support to you
and your students. Telephone technical support is available from 8:30 am
to 5 pm (Pacific time), Monday through Friday. Email technical support
is available 7 days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm (Pacific time).
Is it expensive? Do you offer discounts?
proU.net charges an affordable wholesale price per student. Quantity
discounts apply. Transaction charges are applicable if proU.net
processes the credit card transaction. Ask your proU.net representative
about wholesale pricing and e-commerce services.
COURSES
Do your courses meet current requirements?
proU.net courses are written by experts on the course topics.
All courses have been certified by applicable regulatory agencies. Depending
on laws in your state, you may be required to obtain state approval
before you can offer proU.net courses. If that is necessary, proU.net
will provide assistance in obtaining those approvals.
How do students get their courses?
Students access the courses over the Internet using a
standard web browser (Explorer, Navigator, Safari, FireFox). Courses and records
are available from the student's password-protected "My Classroom" page.
Is it hard to use?
proU.net courses are specifically designed to be easy of
use. It isn't necessary to download special software. Standard web browser
controls are used to navigate the course material. Simple course
instructions are available from each course. If students read and follow
these simple instructions, they should have no problem operating
proU.net courses.
Is course content supported by outside references?
proU.net courses include links to relevant websites. Students
are encouraged to bookmark/favorite these web resources for future
reference. Each course also includes links to our extensive real estate
glossary. This cross-referenced glossary includes links to websites
relevant to the glossary terms.
How does testing work?
QUIZZES: Lesson quizzes are graded automatically. Student's
receive an onscreen summary of their results. Incorrect answers are marked and
include links within the lesson where the subjects in question are
covered. Students are encouraged to retake quizzes until they receive a
score of 100%. When the student passes a quiz they receive a link to the
next lesson.
FINAL EXAMS: Final exams are timed. When the exam opens the clock
starts. Time warnings are given at 5 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
Questions not answered when time expires are graded incorrect. Exams are
graded automatically. An onscreen result (percent score and number of
questions answered correctly) is given to the student and also sent to
the student and school by email.
How do I get test scores into a student's record?
Quiz and final exam scores are automatically posted to
the student's online record.

How do I get exam results?
Results are sent to the school by email, and automatically
posted to the student's online record.
When do students get exam results?
Both the student and school are emailed results immediately
upon completion of exams. Results are also automatically posted to the
student's online record.
How do I access student records?
Just login to proU.net Reseller Central to access individual
student records, plus various student and sales reports. Student records are
accessable from the "View Reports" page.
Can I track student progress?
Student progress is tracked from the student's online record.
Search for the student using their PIN (Personal Identification Number) or
their name. Student progress including quiz results, discussion reponses
and final exam result are all posted automatically to the student record.
Will this save me time?
proU.net's online student management system has helped
